Understand the terms and conditions for travel with Albakar Holidays. Learn about the company's responsibility, unavoidable circumstances, reservation policy, and payment policy to ensure a smooth and informed travel experience.

Company Responsibility:

The company is responsible only for services charged to the guest. Other services not paid for by the guest are considered suggested services, and the company is not obligated to provide or cover the cost of those services.

Unavoidable Circumstances:

In cases of circumstances beyond our control, such as riots, floods, or accidents, resulting in changes or extensions to the tour program, any additional expenditure will be borne by the passengers. No refund will be provided for passengers leaving the tour mid-way due to unavoidable circumstances.

Reservation Policy:

Confirmation of packages is subject to the receipt of 100% payment. Payment should be made in advance, with the remaining amount paid on the 2nd day of the tour.

Payment Policy:

Guests are requested to pay 50% as an advance payment to confirm FIT or GIT bookings within 48 hours and the remaining 50% before the date of arrival. Failure to make the complete payment before the arrival date may result in the release of the booking without further information from our end.
